Erchonia Study Results
The Erchonia Clinical Trial showed that patients had less post-op pain immediately following surgery and during the first week when compared to the placebo laser. The Erchonia patients used less pain medications during the first 2 weeks post operatively. More fat was extracted per minute using the Erchonia laser as compared to the placebo which translated into less time in the operating room. Since Erchonia Laser Assisted Liposuction is a low level or cold process there is no risk of burning the tissue which is a potential side effect when using "Ultrasound Assisted liposuction". No side effects or seromas were reported in the clinical trial.
