TORONTO VAMPIRE FACELIFT
The Selphyl procedure, often called the Vampire Facelift, is a new and revolutionary anti-aging procedure designed to help diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It is a unique system that allows natural tissue rejuvenation using your body’s own ability to regenerate and increase skin volume, resulting in a more youthful appearance.
Dr. Middleton, Toronto cosmetic surgeon, collects a small amount of blood which he then separates, concentrating the platelet rich plasma (PRP) and fibrin. This is then combined with the unique Selphyl patented system. Using a fine needle he injects it into the skin, causing the release of growth factors which trigger the production of new cells and collagen.
The Vampire Facelift combines Selphyl with small amounts of fat obtained from the patient’s own body. This mixture is then injected to increase volume in the face, cheeks, and lips with minimal downtime.
Selphyl provides a natural approach to targeting skin’s imperfections and depressions, nasolabial folds, crow’s feet, tear troughs, neck rings, the décolleté.
